What is inner conflict resolution coaching?

You can't build on a volcano because it isn't stable ground. After a traumatic loss, there is often inner conflict surrounding the the lost relationship or how the relationship ended. Specifically with divorce, separation, or estrangement, there are layers of inner turmoil that need to be reconciled and healing that needs to happen in order to release negative emotions and be empowered to move forward and rebuild your life.

Is it true that if I stop grieving it means I have forgotten or don't love the one who I've lost?

No. Those assumptions are misconceptions. When a loved one has passed on, the relationship that you had will always be part of your story and your love will remain in your heart. Grief is not love, love is love and grief is grief. They are not the same emotion.

How does grief coaching work?

We will review the reading and journal prompts from your workbook, and answer any questions about what you read. They will then guide you towards identifying healthy coping mechanisms and developing strategies to heal and rebuild your life. Each week is moving you along the steps for healing after loss.

Is your grief coaching appropriate for all ages?

The concepts for healing are universal but the 12-week grief coaching package digs into relationships and concepts that would be most advantages to adults and older teens. Many of the tools and coping skills can be adapted for younger children.

How do I get started with grief coaching?

What is the 12-Week Grief Coaching Package?

Our program is designed to walk you the steps of healing and rebuilding your life. When you begin the coaching program you will receive a workbook to help you learn and journal your feelings and questions. Each week, for 12-week, you will have a one hour, virtual, one-on-one video call to discuss the things you have read, follow up on any simple assignments, talk about your feelings and experiences, and gently guide you and provide you with tools and resources for healing. You will also have access to email support from your coach during the week, with answers to your emails within 24 hours.
